I received this toy as a gift for my son so I can't speak to the ordering process but I can say the shipping was fast as the toy was delivered sooner than expected. The directions and assembly were fairly frustrating to be honest so definitely devote plenty of extra time to complete. We've only had the toy assembled for a few days so I can't speak to the durability yet, overall it seems adequate.
