This statue is actually very good, the work of Erick Sosa seems its really great and it is based on the design of Jim Lee, an excellent artist and one of my favorites. Comes with two interchangeable heads, and the detail of the base is very nice.

Kyushu Shinkansen Series 800 `Sakura/Tsubame` (6-Car Set) Review

There has got to be a fix for this, surely I am not the first person to run into this. I have 4 Kato sets and three of them run really well. This one has an issue where the couplers on the motored car just fall off at the curves. It seems like a part is missing on both ends of the train. Hoping to resolve this someday.

Mamba Monster 1/8 CM2650/ESC Motor Brushless Combo Review

I am increasingly impressed with the quality and afordability of Castle products. Got this setup for an OFNA NEXX8 8th scale buggy. Fitment in this buggy was excellent and the motor wire length to the ESC were spot-on for this application.

The limitation of 4s for the 2650 motor is fine for running on indoor tracks and has more speed than can be used effectivly. Punch for getting over jumps with limited room is more than adequate. Outdoors I do find I would like to have the breakneck top end that a full-on 6s setup can offer but I do not have any outdoor tracks nearby to run on and run only in grass at local parks outdoors.

The inclusion of the CastleLink is a nice touch and made programming the ESC a breeze and allows setup of custom throttle and break curves. I would have liked the optional motor cooling fan to have been included.

I only have one minor issue and that is with the switch on the ESC. The switch would occasionaly turn the ESC off after jumps and bumps and I tried several different placements and orientations to rectify this to no avail. I finally applied a small swath of servo tape to the off side of the switch to help holding it in the on position.
