This dollhouse is adorable. It is well constructed and beautifully painted. It is very reasonally priced because it includes the furnishings. The furniture is colorful and so much fun. My four year old LOVES this dollhouse. We remind her that it is for gentle play because window shutters seem a bit fragile. On a shipping note, box came damaged, with a big tear! When we opened it door hinge was crushed and useless. We had to replace with brass hinges....very disappointed. The window frame was slightly damaged too.
