I actually have the shakedown 38 Koa wood version, but same board exactly - just different colors. This board is amazing! Great control, great for tech-slides because of the double-kicks. Great for carving and cruising. If you replaced the bushings, it'd probably even be great at downhill (right now it's set up for quick hard carves). Only thing I would say is the wheels are good, not amazing. It's a steal for 62 bucks...a freakin steal!
